Sleep is extremely important. It helps the body recover, reduces stress, and resets us for the next day.

Modern life often pushes people toward sleep deprivation. Personally, I try to make sure I get enough sleep. Ideally eight hours, but at least six hours whenever possible.

However, getting enough sleep time does not always mean getting good sleep.
